Scope of the contract:
“Implementation of a patented, innovative technology for the production of high-purity calcium carbonate (IV) tri-oxide” – Limestone mill.
As part of the contract, Elproinstal carried out the following works:
Comprehensive execution and delivery of the electrical installation and control system for the production line, including installation and commissioning for the construction of the ball-roller limestone mill, covering:
- Extension of the transformer station with a medium voltage switchgear Rotoblok ABB SF/VCB and a 2000 kVA 15/0.4 transformer.
- Execution of the medium voltage (MV) installation.
- Fabrication of switchgear along with a comprehensive power and control system.
- Assembly and installation of the control and process visualization system for Mill No. II based on Siemens system, including all licenses and operator stations.
- Delivery and integration of communication with the existing system.
- Delivery and commissioning of capacitor banks.
- Delivery and commissioning of frequency converters (for mill and exhaust fan drives).
- Migration of the entire plant’s control software from ASIX to Siemens, including software for the existing production line.
- Participation in commissioning.
- Optimization of line operation excluding product optimization of the plant.
- Preparation of as-built documentation in accordance with the Contract Scope.
