Scope of the contract:
Construction of a crushing and transportation system for the extracted soil and rock masses from the Pajęczno-Makowiska deposit to the Niwiska border, including discharge into the excavation site.
Implementation of a comprehensive power supply and control system to operate all equipment of the newly built extraction installation for the Pajęczno-Makowiska deposit. The installation capacity is 3 million tons per year, with an estimated deposit exploitation period of approximately 70 years.
As part of the contract, Elproinstal performed the following work:
- Reconstruction of the existing medium-voltage infrastructure (MV) for the needs of the new investment.
- Supply of low-voltage (LV) power and control switchboards.
- Supply of local control boxes (VOS).
- Delivery of controller boxes.
- Complete cabling of the entire installation.
- Connection of all electric drives.
- Construction of a fiber optic communication system.
- Installation of supporting structures and cable system busways.
- Reconstruction of existing electrical infrastructure for the new investment.
- Execution of all pre-start installations and emergency shutdown systems on equipment and conveyors.
- Comprehensive lighting installation for all equipment, transfer points, and belt conveyors.
- Participation in commissioning and system parameterization.
