Scope of the Contract:
Construction of an installation for cooling, dedusting, and purifying process gases from the WTR furnace.
The WTR Furnace (Tilting Melting-Refining Furnace) is a tilting, bath-type furnace equipped with a melting system (air, oxygen, gas), a refining system, a dedusting and ventilation line, as well as a loading and casting (carousel) system.
As part of the contract, Elproinstal performed the following work:

Prefabrication and installation of switchboards, installation of automation equipment in the switchboards.

Installation and connection of frequency converters,
• Delivery and installation of cable routes along with supporting structures. -
Comprehensive wiring of both process and non-process installations,
• Installation of measurement instrumentation. -
Execution/connection of electrical and measurement installations for the chimney, including instrumentation.

Delivery and installation of lighting.

Execution of installation measurements along with documentation.

As-built documentation for the electrical and I&C (Instrumentation and Control) systems for the entire project.
