Scope of the contract:
Installation of supplementary fuel feeding systems for furnaces carried out on the premises of Warta Cement Plant SA.
As part of the contract, Elproinstal performed deliveries and works covering the following areas:
1. Medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) power supply installation:
- Delivery, laying, and connection of MV cables.
- Reconstruction of switchgear bays in the Main Power Substation (GPZ).
- Comprehensive LV installation including the supply of switchboards, local control boxes, and accessories.
2. Execution of a comprehensive technological installation including the supply of control switchboards and local control boxes compliant with ATEX standards.
3. Non-technological installations including the supply of non-technological power switchboards and comprehensive hall lighting installation.
4. Fire protection and smoke extraction installation:
- Delivery and installation of Honeywell fire detection control panels.
- Delivery of smoke extraction dampers for the alternative fuel storage hall.
- Delivery and implementation of fire control panel software and fire protection installations.
- Commissioning of the fire protection system.
- Coordination and approval related to fire brigade acceptance of the fire protection and smoke extraction installations.
