Scope of the Contract:
Delivery of power and control installations, electrostatic precipitator lighting along with software, as well as dismantling and assembly works at the site for the investment project titled “Modernization of the Electrostatic Precipitator in the Casting Hall of Blast Furnace No. 5” at the Blast Furnaces Department of ArcelorMittal Poland in Kraków.
As part of the contract, Elproinstal carried out the following tasks:

Dismantling of existing electrostatic precipitator installations.

Installation of new cable routes.

Prefabrication of control cabinets and local control boxes.

Implementation of the LOTO system.
• Installation of cable heating systems for discharge hoppers. -
Installation of field instrumentation.

Delivery and installation of a complete control and visualization system.
• Installation of a dust emission monitoring system. -
Radio link between the PLC system of the neighboring electrostatic precipitator in the Burdening Hall and the supervisory system of the Blast Furnace.
